We need a fresh understanding on how to ignite the fire of love because if the Devil can succeed in quenching your fire of love, he will have succeeded in affecting your relationship with God. Clearly, the Bible admonishes, that the love of many shall wax cold ( Matthew 24:13-14 ) and it is only he that endures to the end that shall be saved.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Why We Need To Ignite Our Love Walk<\/p>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Christianity without the love of God becomes the devil\u2019s religion.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Our love for God will wax cold.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Fear will invade and dominate our lifes with the love of God.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">It shows our obedience to God<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">It is the greatest commandment. It is the royal law.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Igniting the fire of love will require that:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">We love God\u2019s word (Job 23:13)<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Love his ways (John 14:6)<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Love his presence (Psalm 16:11)<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Know his name (Psalm 9:10)<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Love God and his son Jesus Christ (Mark 12:30)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p1\">There are four types of love, namely:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Filio: Feeling of friendship (Ephesian 1:6)<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Storge: Empathy and both normally associated with love for family members.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Eros: This is erotic or sexual bond.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Agape: This is unconditional or sacrificial love.
